Howard Estabrook

Nació el 11 de julio de 1884 en Detroit (Michigan, Estados Unidos).
Ganó el Oscar a mejor guión adaptado por "Cimarrón" (1931), fue nominado a mejor guión por "La calle del azar" [Street of Chance] (1930).
Escribió "Las cuatro plumas" [The Four Feathers] (1929), "Los ángeles del infierno" [Hell's Angels] (1930), "Doble sacrificio" [A Bill of Divorcement] (1932), "David Copperfield" [The Personal History, Adventures, Experience, & Observation of David Copperfield the Younger] (1935) y "La comedia humana" [The Human Comedy] (1943).
Falleció el 16 de julio de 1978.
